State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for addition to Kaimai-Mamaku State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949, (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976) I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Kaimai Mamaku State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA CONSERVANCY—TAURANGA COUNTY

ALLOTMENTS 14 and 15, Te Mania Parish, situated in Blocks IV and V, Aongatete Survey District: area, 24.2810 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 48⁸).

As shown on plan N. 57/13 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of February 1978.

Proclaiming an Area of the City of Lower Hutt to be a Reclamation Area under Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 19 of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim the land defined in the Schedule hereto to be a Reclamation Area under Part II of the said Act; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of February 1978.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Seven Square Metres (1,257m²), more or less, situate in the City of Lower Hutt, being part Lot 1, on Deposited Plan 28417, and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 16D folio 966 (Wellington Registry). The piece of land above described is owned by the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt, and is commonly known and referred to as 158 Rata Street in Naenae.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of February 1978.

THE RIGHT HON. R. D. MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to sections 6 and 42 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby appoints Edgar Gerald Boyack

to be Harbourmaster for Tarakohe Harbour. The Order in Council made on 8 November 1976* appointing Edgar Gerald Boyack to be Harbourmaster for Tata Bay Harbour is hereby revoked.
