National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 15 February 1978, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 6 (Blenheim-Invercargill via Greymouth) from the Otago-Southland S.D. boundary at Kingston for 1.14 km southwards, as more particularly shown on plan L.A. 73/52/35 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Invercargill, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 15 February 1978, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 60 (Richmond-Collingwood) from its junction with Factory Road, Takaka to its junction with Battery Road, Puramahoi, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan L.A. 54/62/1 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 15 February 1978, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 29, Barkes Corner to Tauriko section, for half its width on the southern side commencing at the junction point of the north east boundary of Lot 2 D.P. 4219 (C.T. 21D/455) with the road reserve boundary and extending 50 metres in a westerly direction, as more particularly shown on Plan L.A. 23/108/1 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
