A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right
Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby
taken for service lanes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the Borough of Kaitaia, as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of
March 1978.

General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road,
and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Bay of Islands.
