CORRIGENDUM
Amending Notice to the Open Season for Game in Acclimatisation Districts—South Island
THE notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 10, of 16 February 1978, at p. 315, relating to the open season for game in acclimatisation districts in the South Island is amended as follows:
Delete:
Saturday, 6 May 1978: A number of game corresponding to the number specified in this notification as the daily bag limit.
Sunday, 7 May 1978: Twice the number of game specified for Saturday, 6 May 1978.
Every subsequent day: As for Saturday, 6 May 1978.
Add:
Saturday, 15 April 1978: A number of game corresponding to the number specified in this notification as the daily bag limit.
Sunday, 16 April 1978: Twice the number of game specified for Saturday, 15 April 1978.
Every subsequent day: As for Saturday, 15 April 1978.

In the notice under the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 10, of 16 February 1978, p. 321, for “3 March 1977” read “3 March 1978”, which words appeared in the original notice signed by the Chairman, New Zealand Fire Service Commission.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—HOBSON COUNTY
ALLOTMENT 141, Tatarafiki Parish, situated in Block IX, Tokatoka Survey District: area, 1.2140 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 27593).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of February 1978.
