Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for road purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the East Coast Bays City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Annual Levy Prescribed Under the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976 (Notice No. 1892 Ag. 12/2/23)

PURSUANT to section 4 (1) of the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976 and on the recommendation of the Wine Institute of New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe an annual levy of 19.74c per hectolitre on the grape wine sold by every holder of a grape wine licence during the year ended on 30 September 1977, to be applied in meeting the costs of administration and operation of the Wine Institute of New Zealand Incorporated in the year to 30 June 1979.
