A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto and comprised in roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 27th day of March 1958, to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hokianga.

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—OTOROHANGA COUNTY

Lot 22, D.P. 25508, being part Wharepuhunga 12B2 Block, situated in Block I, Wharepapa Survey District: area, 4046 square metres, more or less.

PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of Mount Aspiring National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered and dealt with by the Mount Aspiring National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
