CORRIGENDUM

The Standards Act 1965—Revocation of Standard Specifications Cancelled

In the New Zealand Gazette, No. 10, of 16 February 1978, p. 323:

NZS 2185:1967 (BS 3925:1965) Toughened safety glass for
ships' windows, and
NZS 2215:1968 (BS 3024:1966) Side scuttles for ships,

were revoked.

As these standards are still required for purposes of Standard Certification Mark licensing, their revocation is cancelled. Accordingly these standards are still current.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for limited access road, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of February 1978.

Otago Land District

All that piece of land containing 0.4 of a perch, being part section 4, Block 1, Town of Waitaki Bridge; as shown on plan M.O.W. 4404 (S.O. 12829), deposited in the Office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of January 1978.

Land Taken for Sewage Treatment Works in Block XXXII, Hokonui Survey District, Southland County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sewage treatment works, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Southland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of February 1978.

SCHEDULE

Southland Land District

All that piece of land containing 1.5224 hectares, being part Section 509, Block XXXII, Hokonui Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 8929, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill and thereon marked "C".
