earlier distinction drawn between the two editions remains valid. As was said in decision No. 889:

“The balance between the serious and sexual content in the American edition remains more even and enables us, viewing it as a whole, to give it a restricted classification. The balance tilts sharply towards the sexual side in the English edition.”

The Tribunal classifies these two issues of the English edition of Penthouse as indecent, and in the terms of section 15A (1) of the Act makes a restriction order in similar terms for a period of 2 years.

Part 4:1976 Supplementary requirements for fuse links for the protection of semiconductor devices. $9.80, with Amendment No. 1, (AMD 2645, $4.45)


NOTE—The above parts of BS 88 have already been endorsed as suitable for use in New Zealand, superseding NZS 160, but the new standard is now required for manufacturing and Certification Mark purposes.

NOTE—This standard will supersede NZS 1122:1964 (BS 1650:1963) and is required for manufacturing and Certification Mark purposes.
