The Evidence (Photographic Copies) Notice No. 3, 1978

IN the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 98, dated 9 November 1978, p. 3040, for Montana Vineyards Ltd. read Montana Vineyards Ltd. as it appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Justice.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Thames-Coromandel District Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of November 1978.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Otama Survey District, described as follows:

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of November 1978.
