Revoking a Proclamation Declaring an Area in the Tauranga Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation issued on the 4th day of June 1964* declaring an area in the Tauranga Acclimatisation District to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.
SCHEDULE
SECTION 12, Block III, Te Tumu Survey District: area, 100 acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 991, folio 253.
Also, part of section 14, Block III, Te Tumu Survey District: area, 48 acres 3 roods 0.4 of a perch, more or less. Balance of certificate of title, Volume 991, folio 254.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 2nd day of November 1978.

Land Taken for Road in Block III, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Waipa County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of November 1978.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 106 square metres, situated in Block III, Puniu Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 32398; as shown on plan S.O. 49415, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked βAβ.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of August 1978.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Matamata County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of November 1978.
