PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been acquired as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act.

Meat Industry Authority (Notice No. 12—M.I.A. 3/8/1)
PURSUANT to section 6 (2) of the Meat Act 1964 (as inserted by section 4 of the Meat Amendment Act 1976), notice is hereby given that the Waipu County Council has been granted an exemption from the provisions of section 6 of the Meat Act 1964, requiring the Tokomaru Riding of the district of the Waipu County to be an inspected meat area.

The Road Classification (Birkenhead Borough) Notice No. 1 1978
PURSUANT to Regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Birkenhead Borough) Notice No. 1 1978.

The Birkenhead Borough Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

The Birkenhead Borough Notice dated the 27th day of April 1951†, under regulation 3 (5) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1950*, which relates to the classification of roads situated in the Borough of Birkenhead, is hereby revoked.
