A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of May 1974, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 June 1974, Volume II, page 1120, taking land, subject to the mining easement created by conveyance 326244 (R. 424/27) and the drainage easements created by transfers S. 203477, S. 203480, S. 203483, S. 203486, S. 206396, S. 218862, S. 218865, S. 218868, S. 222176, S. 223001, S. 229437, S. 229439, S. 234661, S. 239014, S. 241478, S. 241200, S. 242684, S. 249157, and S. 262471, South Auckland Land Registry, for the generation of electricity in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 1012 square metres, situated in Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District, Borough of Huntly, being part Allotments 43 and 44, Pepepe Parish; as shown on plan 48452, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked ‘C’.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 5th day of December 1975, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 110, of the 11th day of December 1975, at page 2924, taking land for the Tauranga-Te Maunga motorway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

ALL that piece of land containing 3988 square metres, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, being part Poike 6A (1, 2, 3) C1 Block; as shown on plan S.O. 47906, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “E”.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land firstly and thirdly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a County depot and that the land secondly described in the said Schedule is hereby taken for a County office extension, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of September 1977.
