A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land held for the purposes of a quarry described in the First Schedule hereto and the land held for better utilisation described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of September 1977.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of September 1977.
