MARSHALL AND COMPANY LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Regent Building, corner of Manners and Lombard Streets, Wellington, and carrying on business as customs agents and cartage agents; and that the said petition is directed to be heard on the 5th day of October 1977 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the fee simple estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto for a certain public work, namely, resubdivision and improvement in a reclamation area proclaimed under Part II, Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945. The general purpose for which the land is to be taken is to be used is resubdivision and improvement in a reclamation area, proclaimed under Part II, Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945. A plan showing the land required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the City Valuer, Fourth Floor, Administration Building, Civic Centre, Auckland, and is there open for inspection. Every person directly affected is called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send the written objection within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, 175 The Terrace, Wellington. If any objection is made, in accordance with paragraph (d), subsection 1, section 6, Public Works Amendment Act 1973, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land containing:
Firstly, 10.6 perches, being part Lot 1 on Deeds Plan 734, and being portion of Allotment 19 of Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland, and being comprised in certificate of title, Volume 592, folio 317 (as to an undivided two-fifths share); Volume 528, folio 263 (as to an undivided one-fifth share); and Volume 898, folio 56 (as to an undivided two-fifths share), all of the above described land being situated between 245 and 249 Ponsonby Road, running through to Arthur Street, Ponsonby, Auckland.
Secondly, 19 square metres, shown outlined in green on Auckland City Council plan, No. 738, being part of Lot 6 of a subdivision of allotment 19 of Section 8 of the Suburbs of Auckland, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 528, folio 207, being situated at 43 Arthur Street, Ponsonby, Auckland.
