CREDITORS VOLUNTARY WINDING UP

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of A. G. A. LEATHERCRAFT LTD.:

TAKE notice that meeting of the creditors in the above matter will, pursuant to section 284 of the above Act, be held in the Board Room of Jaques, Cox & Jorgensen, 242 Trafalgar Street, Nelson, on Thursday, 15 September 1977, at 2 p.m., for the purposes set out in section 284, 285, and 286 of the above Act.

Business:

  1. To consider the following extraordinary resolution for winding up, passed by the above-named company on 5 September 1977:

That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue in business and that it is advisable to wind up and that the company be wound up voluntarily.

  1. To consider a statement of the position of the company's affairs, together with a list of creditors of the company, and the estimated amount of their claims.

  2. To nominate a person to be liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs and distributing the assets of the above-named company.

  3. To appoint members of a committee of inspection, if thought fit.
