(b) Any person employed in or about the exhibition on any day that would, but for the provisions of any Act, or of any collective agreements or awards shall be paid for all work done on that day at not less than twice the ordinary rate, whether the work is performed wholly in or about the exhibition or otherwise: Provided that nothing in this subclause shall be deemed to deprive any person of any other payment for the said holiday to which he is entitled under any Act or collective agreements or awards.

No assistant under 18 years of age shall be employed in or about the exhibition after the hour of 10.30 p.m.

For the purposes of the enforcement of any collective agreements or awards, any provision of which has been suspended by this order, any officer of the industrial union or association concerned who is authorised in writing in that behalf by the union or association shall be entitled to interview at his place of employment any person employed in or about the exhibition under those collective agreements or awards at such time or times as may be agreed upon between the officer and the employer of that person, and for this purpose any such officer shall be entitled at any time to have access to the register of passes issued by the promoter.

Nothing in this notice shall be deemed to affect any provisions in any collective agreements or awards requiring workers subject to such collective agreements or awards to be members of a union.

Licensing the Auckland Hospital Board to use and occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Tamaki River as a Site for a Connecting Sewer
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Auckland Hospital Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Tamaki River as shown on plan marked M.D. 11374 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a Connecting Sewer as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of November 1976.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 10 cents ($0.10) payable on demand; provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing John Read Bloomfield to occupy a Site for a Mooring at Waihau Bay
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit
John Read Bloomfield
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a site for a mooring at Waihau Bay, as shown on plan marked M.D. (N) 31 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a mooring as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 2 years from the 1st day of May 1977.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be forty dollars ($40) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be forty dollars ($40); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Reserve Bank of New Zealand
PURSUANT to section 33 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964, the Reserve Bank, acting with the approval of the Minister of Finance, hereby gives notice that as from the close of business on 1 September 1977 and until further notice each trading bank shall maintain on average during each calendar month balances at the Reserve Bank plus holdings of Reserve Bank notes and of New Zealand Government securities together equal to an amount which shall not be less than the aggregate of:
15 percent of that bank’s average demand deposit liabilities in New Zealand in the immediately preceding calendar month as shown by an average of the weekly returns of Banking Statistics under the Statistics Act 1975, plus
12 percent of that bank’s average time deposit liabilities in New Zealand in the immediately preceding calendar month as shown by an average of the weekly returns of Banking Statistics under the Statistics Act 1975.
For the purposes of this notice:
(1) The monthly average of a trading bank’s holdings of Reserve Bank notes shall be the average of the figures as shown by the weekly returns of Banking
