- The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Whangarei County at Titoki:
Kaikohe-Maungatapere Road: from a point 300 metres measured easterly generally along the said road from Tokiri Road to a point 200 metres measured westerly generally along Kaikohe-Maungatapere Road from Tokiri Road.
Tokiri Road: from Kaikohe-Maungatapere Road to a point 200 metres measured southerly generally along Tokiri Road from Kaikohe-Maungatapere Road.

The Traffic (Bruce County) Notice No. 1, 1977
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bruce County) Notice No. 1, 1977.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during the period commencing with the first day of Labour weekend in each year and ending with the last day of Easter in the next ensuing year shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 50 kilometres an hour fixed by the said section.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon commencing with the first day after Easter each year and ending with the last day before Labour weekend shall be subject to the speed limitation fixed by the said regulation.

The Traffic Notice, dated the 30th day of June 1967†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to a road situated within Bruce County at Taieri Mouth, is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Bruce County at Taieri Mouth:
Taieri Mouth Road: from a point 160 metres measured southerly generally along the said road from Coutts Gully Road to the Taieri Mouth Bridge.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hamilton City and Waipa County) Notice No. 1, 1977.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Hamilton City and Waipa County) Notice No. 1, 1975, dated the 22nd day of April 1975†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Hamilton City and Waipa County, adjacent to Hamilton City, is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Hamilton City:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from the north-western boundary of Hamilton City to Vardon Road and from Mangaonua Stream to Riverlea Road and from a point 60 metres measured southerly generally along the said highway from Anglesea Street to a point 40 metres measured westerly generally along the said highway from Johnsvew Terrace.
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth): from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 60 metres measured northerly generally along the said highway from Lorne Street and from the southern boundary of Hamilton City to a point 100 metres measured south-easterly generally along the said highway from Tomin Road.

Hillsborough Terrace: from the southern side of Tisdall Street to the No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth).
Houchen Road: from the southern boundary of Hamilton City to a point 100 metres measured southerly generally along the said road from its southern intersection with Acacia Crescent.
Hukanui Road: from the northern boundary of Hamilton City to a point 80 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from Gerrand Place.
Kahikatea Drive: from a point 160 metres measured westerly generally along the said drive from Tawa Street to Greenwood Street.

Peacocks Road: from the south-eastern boundary of Hamilton City to Norrie Street.
Powells Road: from the eastern boundary of Hamilton City to a point 150 metres measured easterly generally along the said road from Raymond Street.
Pukete Road: from the northern boundary of Hamilton City to a point 45 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from Totara Drive North.
Rotokauri Road: from the western boundary of Hamilton City to Thomas Road.

Ruakura Road: from Silverdale Road to a point 140 metres measured easterly generally along Ruakura Road from Peachgrove Road.

Thomas Road: from the western boundary of Hamilton City to a point 220 metres measured westerly generally along the said road from Rotokauri Road.
Tramway Road: from the north-eastern boundary of Hamilton City to Carr Road.
Tuhikaramea Road: from the south-western boundary of Hamilton City to a point 620 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said road from the No. 23 State Highway (Hamilton-Raglan).
SITUATED within Hamilton City and Waikato County, adjacent to Hamilton City:
Silverdale Road: from Ruakura Road to Carrington Avenue and from the No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton-Kopu) to a point 180 metres measured north-westerly generally along Silverdale Road from the said State highway.
