National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 22 June 1977, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 57A (Fitzherbert East Highway), Forrest Hill Road to county boundary section, for its full width from a point 10 metres west of the boundary between Lots 10 and 11 (C.T. 16C/732) and Lot 12, D.P. 4945 (C.T. 16C/754) to a point 10 metres east of the said common boundary, as more particularly shown on Plan L.A. 44/116/5 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 August 1977, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 4, (Te Kuiti to Wanganui) from its junction with Raurimu Road to its junction with State Highway 47, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of Plan L.A. 41/55/1 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Taumarunui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway 1, Paraparaumu, to Paekakariki section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 4 of Plan M.O.W. 16155 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Porirua, and there available for public inspection;

It is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution, dated 17 August 1977, and pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 18 March 1970*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said State Highway for one half of its width over a distance of 12 metres on the southern side of the road commencing 113 metres to the east of the eastern boundary between Lot 1, D.P. 31366, and part Lot 3, D.P. 4269.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway 1, Manukau to Otaki section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1-5 of Plan M.O.W. 36217 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Porirua, and there available for public inspection;

It is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 17 August 1977, and pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 17 July 1974*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said State Highway for one half of its width on the western side, commencing 115 metres south of the junction of the northern boundary of part Section 19 (C.T. 14C/1479) with the road reserve and extending for 20 metres southward along the road boundary of the said part Section 19.

REFERRING to State Highway 2, Featherston to Rimutaka Summit section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of Plan L.A. 51/17/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Trentham, and there available for public inspection;

It is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 17 August 1977, and pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 18 June 1975*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said State Highway for one half of its width on the northern side, commencing at the junction point of the eastern boundary of part Section 491 with the road reserve boundary and extending for 80 metres in a westerly direction along the said State Highway boundary.

Licensing Kevin Leslie James-New to Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Whangaroa Harbour as a Site for an Oyster Culling Shed

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Kevin Leslie James-New (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea in Whangaroa Harbour as shown on plan marked MD(N) 382 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon an oyster culling shed as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The licensee shall comply with all the conditions endorsed on plan M.D. N 382, pursuant to section 178 of the Harbours Act 1950.
3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of July 1977.
4. The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be one hundred dollars ($100) provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.
