In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 78,
dated 21 July 1977, page 2030, which revoked an order made
by the Hawke's Bay Licensing Committee on 28 March 1977,
for “13 June 1977” read “13 July 1977”, which words appeared
in the original order.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 25th
day of August 1977.

All those pieces of land, situated in Block VII, Otama Survey
District, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a road
desired to be constructed in the Borough of Cromwell and
County of Vincent, viz, a deviation of the Timaru-Milton
and Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth State
highways shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule
hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect
only the land situated within the limits of the area shown
shaded on plan S.O. 18721, referred to in the Schedule hereto.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
Commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of State
Highways Nos. 6 and 8, marked A, at the junction of Section
29 (CT 80/269), and Section 41 (CT 86/68), Block III, Crom-
well Survey District, and proceeding thence in a generally
south-easterly direction for a distance of 720 metres approxi-
mately to a point marked B; thence generally south-easterly
for a distance of 2080 metres approximately to a point
marked C; thence generally south-westerly for a distance of
2500 metres approximately to a point marked D, passing
