Declaration that a Reserve Form Part of the Rangataua Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation, described in the Schedule hereto, to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Rangataua domain to be administered as a public domain by the domain board.

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 10.
   (2) This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of September 1976.

2. The First Schedule to the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975 (as substituted by the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 9) is hereby revoked and the Schedule to this Notice is hereby substituted therefore.

3. The Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 8 and 9, are hereby consequentially revoked.

Local Government Training Board Notice 1977

PURSUANT to section 15A of the Vocational Training Council Act 1968, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Local Government Training Board Notice 1977.

2. (a) There shall be an Industrial Training Board for Local Government which shall be known as the Local Government Training Board and shall comprise the following members:
   (1) One member appointed by the Municipal Association of New Zealand (Inc.) and the New Zealand Counties’ Association Inc. who shall be Chairman of the Board.
   (2) One member appointed by the Municipal Association of New Zealand (Inc.).
   (3) One member appointed by the New Zealand Counties’ Association Inc.
   (4) Three members appointed by trade unions representing workers employed in local government.
   (5) One member appointed by the New Zealand Institute of Town Clerks and Municipal Treasurers Inc.
   (6) One member appointed by the New Zealand Institute of County Clerks (Inc.).
   (7) One member appointed by the Municipal Engineers’ Division of the New Zealand Institute of Engineers.
   (8) One member appointed by the NZ Institute of County Engineers (Inc.).
   (9) One member appointed by the Director-General of Education.
   (10) One member appointed by the Secretary for Local Government.
   (11) One member appointed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Vocational Training Council.
   (b) In addition to the members specified in sub-clause (a) of this notice, the board may from time to time as it sees fit co-opt not more than four additional members.
