NAPIER CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Napier City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the acquisition and subdivision of land for housing; and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for housing purposes; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Napier City Council situate in Hastings Street, Napier, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, care of Tribunals Division, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector or otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land, known as Tukes Lane, containing 6855 square metres, more or less, being part Suburban Section 35, Meeance, situated in Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 7094 deposited in the office of the Lands and Survey Department at Napier, and thereupon marked βAβ.

HOBSON COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hobson County Council proposes, pursuant to the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road, being part of Troupson Park Road, in the vicinity of Whatoro Bridge. A plan of the land proposed to be taken is deposited in the office of the Hobson County Council, Hokianga Road, Dargaville, and is open for public inspection without fee during ordinary office hours. All persons having objections to the proposed taking of land not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation must state their objections in writing and send to the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Department of Justice, P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington North, within 40 days of the 4th day of August 1977, being the date of the first publication of this notice. If any such objection shall be made a public hearing will be held, unless the objector otherwise
