19 July 1977:

That the special order, passed and adopted at a meeting
of the council held on Tuesday, 21 June 1977, and
providing that, instead of levying the various
separate special interest rates as specified in the First
and Second Schedules thereto, council make the
uniform consolidated special rates set out in para-
graphs (a) and (b) thereto: be, and is hereby,
confirmed and that the Common Seal of the cor-
poration be affixed to the special order in the
presence of His Worship the Mayor, Councillors

CHANGE OF NAME OF CHARITABLE TRUST

NOTICE is hereby given that the Notice of Change of Name
of Charitable Trust, dated at Christchurch on 20 June 1977,
signed by L. A. Saunders, Deputy District Registrar, and
numbered 2096 on page 1924 of the New Zealand Gazette,
No. 73, should have read:

NOTICE is hereby given that “New Zealand Trust for the
Foundations of Mental Health” has changed its name to
“Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand”, and that the
new name was this day entered on my Register of Charitable
Trusts in place of the former name: C.T. 1974/10.

THE DUNEDIN DIOCESAN TRUST BOARD ANGLICAN
CHILDREN’S ACT 1977

NOTICE is hereby given that the Dunedin Diocesan Trust
Board proposes to apply for leave to bring into the General
Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled during
its present session, a Private Bill, the objects of which are to
empower the board to vary and extend the use of certain
trust funds and property at present held, or in the future
to be held, in trust for inter alia Anglican Orphanages,
Anglican Memorial Home for Boys, St Mary’s Orphanage, and
certain other trusts for the carrying out of child care work
for the benefit of Anglicans from Anglican institutions or
from an Anglican base in the Diocese of Dunedin, to provide
generally for the welfare of children in the said diocese,
either alone or in association with other charitable organisa-
tions or organisations of other denominations.

The promoter of this Private Bill is the Dunedin Diocesan
Trust Board.

Communications or notices to the promoter may be sent
to and a copy of the Bill may be inspected at the offices of
Messrs Gallaway, Son & Chettleburgh, solicitors for the
promoter, Savoy Buildings, 8 Moray Place, Dunedin.

PETROLEUM PIPELINE REGULATIONS 1964

NOTICE OF APPLICATION

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of
the Petroleum Act 1937, the undersigned has applied to the
Minister of Mines for a pipeline authorisation to convey
natural gas by pipeline from a valve in the Stratford gas
receiving station to a proposed new metering and pressure
regulating station, adjacent to the Taranaki Co-operative
Dairy Factory at Toko.
