bakers:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the
20th day of April 1977 presented to the said Court by
MURRAY KENNEDY'S PANEL WORKS LIMITED, a duly incorporat-
ed company having its registered office at Hamilton; and
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Hamilton on the 25th day of August 1977 at 10
o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order from the said petition may appear at
the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by
the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

PLEASE take notice that the undermentioned have joined in an
association as partners in a special partnership known as
ENZED PRECISION PRODUCTS LIMITED and COMPANY and the
said partners do further certify and acknowledge as follows:
(a) The only general partner is ENZED PRECISION PRODUCTS
LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its
registered office at 6 Bowden Road, Mount Wellin-
ton, Auckland 6, contributing $1,000 toward the
capital of the partnership;
The special partners are:
Charles Wayne Mooney, of 70 Glenmore Road,
Pakuranga, contributing $6,000 toward the capital of the partnership;
John Dudley Alexander Badham, of 32 Tupaki
Place, Pakuranga, contributing $2,000 toward the
capital of the partnership; and
Roger Albert Harvey, of 75 Braemar Road, Castor
Bay, and Michael Shane McElroy, of 54 Arney Road,
Remuera, jointly contributing $1,000 toward the
capital of the partnership.
(b) The partnership is to carry on business as merchants
and exporters.
(c) The principal and only place of business of the partner-
ship will be at 6 Bowden Road, Mount Wellington,
Auckland 6.
(d) The partnership is deemed to have commenced on the
28th day of October 1976, and is to terminate on the
28th day of October 1983.
The above-mentioned partners do hereby acknowledge and
certify with respect to the partnership details above set out as
evidenced by their signatures hereto.

The Local Government Commission has prepared a provisional
scheme constituting the West Coast region. Copies of the
