A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waikato, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 21st day of July 1977.

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the appointment of the Senior Forester, New Zealand Forest Service, Christchurch, to the South Canterbury Catchment Board, and hereby appoints the person holding the office of Principal Ranger, Canterbury Conservancy, to be a member of the South Canterbury Catchment Board, from and after the 1st day of September 1977.
