Declaring Land in the Otago Land District, Vested in the Otago Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Otago Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Lots 2 to 8, D.P. 4877, being part Section 140, Block II, Papakaio Survey District: area, 7178 square metres, more or less. Balance certificate of title, No. 172/261.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976) I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Kaimanawa State Forest Park.

Owhaoko A1A, situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Taharua Survey District: area, 23.0670 hectares (57 acres), more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 81, folio 82 (M.L. 3227).

Owhaoko A West, situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Taharua Survey District: area, 647.4970 hectares (1600 acres), more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 81, folio 84 (M.L. 3227). (Subject to the leases in certificates of title, Volume 557, folio 16, and Volume 557, folio 34.)
