SOUTHLAND COUNTY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that the Southland County Council proposes, in pursuance of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto as part of the Riverdale sewerage scheme. A plan of the land proposed to be taken is deposited in the office of the Southland County Council, Clyde Street, Invercargill, and is open for public inspection without fee during ordinary office hours. All persons having objections to the proposed taking of land must state their objection in writing and send the same to the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Department of Justice, P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington North, within 40 days of the 7th day of July being the date of the first publication of this notice. In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954:

Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Devonport proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the formation of a service lane off Rattray Street within the Borough of Devonport and for that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public offices of the Devonport Borough Council at Victoria Road, Devonport, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. Notice is further given that every person directly affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land is called upon to set forth in writing any objections he may wish to make to the execution of the said work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection as to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send such written objection within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, 175 The Terrace, Wellington (Private Bag, Postal Centre).
