for the sale of liquor to the public, and further authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises specified in the Schedule below:

(a) On every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, nor days when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On every Friday, Saturday, and Christmas Eve (not being New Year’s Eve, nor days when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On every New Year’s Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 0.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

(d) Adequate food is to be available for patrons until 10.45 o’clock in the evening.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club Premises—Northland Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Northland Licensing Committee on 22 June 1977 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public, and further authorised the following hours of trading for the chartered club known as Bay of Islands Swordfish Club, Incorporated, Russell:

(a) On every Friday, Saturday, and Christmas Eve (not being days when chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to their members) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On every New Year’s Eve (not being a day when chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to their members) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 0.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s day.

(c) On every other day (not being a day when chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to their members) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 10 o’clock in the evening.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club Premises—Taranaki Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Committee on 22 June 1977 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public, and further authorised the following hours of trading for the chartered club premises known as Inglewood Club Incorporated, Inglewood:

(a) On every Friday (not being a day when chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to their members) the hour of closing to be 11 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On every other day (not being a day when chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to their members) the hours of opening and closing to be in accordance with the club charter.

(a) On every Friday and Christmas Eve (not being days when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On every New Year’s Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Eve and the hour of closing .0.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

(c) On every other day (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 10 o’clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the South Canterbury Licensing Committee on 3 June 1977 revoked an order, made on 9 December 1976 and notified in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 129, of 22 December 1976, at page 2947, and made an order authorising variations of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public, and
