Appointment of the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Approval of Flashing Red Lights for the Purpose of Traffic Control

THE notice, dated the 31st of January 1977*, approving flashing red lights on Bairds Road at the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff) overbridge situated within Manukau City, made pursuant to subclause (5), regulation 18 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is hereby revoked.

The Traffic (Waipa County) Notice No. 2, 1977

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waipa County) Notice No. 2, 1977.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

3. The Traffic (Waipa County) Notice No. 1, 1971, dated the 24th day of March 1971†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to a road situated within Waipa County at Pirongia, is hereby revoked.
