notice must state the name, address, and description of the
person or, if a firm, the name, address, and description of
the firm and an address for service within 3 miles of the
office of the Supreme Court at Timaru, and must be served or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient
time to reach the above-named petitioner's address for service

LOCAL GOVERNMENT COMMISSION
TONGARIRO REGION: PROVISIONAL SCHEME
The Local Government Commission has prepared a provisional
scheme constituting a Tongariro region. Copies of the pro-
visional scheme and an explanatory statement are available for
inspection at this office and the offices of the following local
authorities: Taupo Borough Council, Taupo; Taupo County
Council, Taupo; Taumarunui Borough Council, Taumarunui;
and Taumarunui County Council, Taumarunui. Copies of the
scheme can be purchased from the Government bookshop.
Any person or body interested has a right of objection to
the provisional scheme and may give notice in writing to
the commission of the objection and of the grounds of the
objection on or before 31 August 1977.
The commission's office is situated on the Second Floor,
Law Society Building, 26-28 Waring Taylor Street, Well-
ington, and the commission's postal address is Private Bag,
Wellington.
