Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee on 10 June 1977 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public, and further authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises known as Panmure Tavern, Panmure:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (not being days when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Saturday (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 9 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 8 o’clock in the evening.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by declaration dated 22 June 1977, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 87 (Mosgiel to Kyeburn) from the northern boundary of the Borough of Mosgiel to its junction with Tirohanga Road, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of Plan LA 70/107/22 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Dunedin, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
