NOTICE is hereby given that, by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, on the 20th day of June 1977, the following special resolution was passed by the company namely:

That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue in business, and that it is advisable that it wind up, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.

At a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company, held in conjunction with the meeting of the company, pursuant to sections 284 and 285 of the Companies Act 1955, Ian Oliver Caddis was appointed liquidator by resolution of the creditors.
