NOTICE CALLING FINAL MEETING
PURSUANT TO SECTION 281

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of WOVEN LABELS DISTRIBUTORS LTD.:

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at Wellington, on the 8th day of July 1977, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

That the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator be committed to the custody of the liquidator.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

CAHOOTS INDUSTRIES LTD.

MEMORANDUM, dated the 13th day of June 1977, intended to become a minute book entry by way of extraordinary resolution, pursuant to the provisions of section 362 of the Companies Act 1955:

Resolved:

That that company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

That Claude Leslie Hickey, chartered accountant, of Mount Maunganui, be appointed provisional liquidator of the company at a fee in accordance with the scale of fees of the New Zealand Society of Accountants.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of CAHOOTS INDUSTRIES LTD.:

NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 13th day of June 1977, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at St John Ambulance Hall, Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui, on the 23rd day of June 1977, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.

Business:

Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and list of creditors, etc.

Nomination of liquidator.
