Designation of Tauranga Community Arts Council

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Northern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Tauranga Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Tauranga Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

Tauranga City, Tauranga County, Mount Maunganui and Te Puke Boroughs.

Dated at Wellington this 10th day of June 1977.

Designation of Auckland Festival Society and Community Arts Council

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Northern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Auckland Festival Society and Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Auckland Festival Society and Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

Auckland City, the One Tree Hill, Newmarket, Ellerslie, Mount Eden, Mount Wellington, Mount Roskill, Mount Albert, Onehunga and Otahuhu Boroughs.

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Northern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Franklin–Papakura Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Franklin–Papakura Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

Papakura City, Franklin County, Pukekohe and Waiuku Boroughs, and the rural delivery area of Tuakau and Pokeno.

The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Standard Specifications Available for Comment

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the draft New Zealand standard specifications listed in the Schedule hereto are being circulated. All persons who may be affected by these specifications, and who desire to comment thereon, may obtain copies at the prices shown in the second column of the said Schedule, from the Standards Association of New Zealand, World Trade Center, 15–23 Sturdee Street (or Private Bag), Wellington.

The closing dates for the receipt of comment are shown in the third column of the said Schedule.

NOTE:—Payment must accompany all requests for drafts.
