Decisions under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33

DECISIONS in interpretation of the Sales Tax Act, notified in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, No. 25, of 30 April 1970, are amended as follows:

Ministers’ Decision I E is amended by the addition of the following:

(t) The manufacture of demountable camper units being free-standing units permanently fitted with living accommodation and designed for temporary attachment to vehicles for the purpose of transportation.

This decision is effective from the 24th day of May 1977.

Notice of Poultry Farm Registration Fee (No. 1720 Ag. 12/2/4)

PURSUANT to section 16 of the Poultry Board Act 1976, the Poultry Board, having obtained the approval of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, gives notice that the rate of registration fee to be paid by the occupier of a poultry farm for the registration year, commencing on the 1st day of July 1977 and for every registration year thereafter until this notice is amended or revoked, shall be as follows:

(a) For each poultry farm of not less than 100 nor more than 500 head of poultry: $2.50;

(b) For each poultry farm of not less than 501 nor more than 1000 head of poultry: $5; and

(c) For each poultry farm of more than 1000 head of poultry: $5 for every 1000 head of poultry or part of 1000 head of poultry.
