PAEWHEHUA RIDING

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Otorohanga County, as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1965, page 1472.

KAWHIA NORTH RIDING

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Otorohanga County, as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1956, page 421.

The above Special Order was passed at an ordinary meeting of the Otorohanga County Council held on the 22nd day of March 1977, and duly confirmed as such at a meeting of the council held on the 26th day of April 1977.

PURSUANT to section 88 of the Counties Act 1956, the Secretary for Local Government hereby publishes the following Special Order made by the Mackenzie County Council.

SPECIAL ORDER

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Counties Act 1956 and amendments thereto enabling it, the Mackenzie County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to alter the boundaries of the existing Fairlie Riding by excluding therefrom the area described in the Schedule attached.

This Special Order was passed at a meeting of the Mackenzie County Council, held on 3 March 1977, and was duly confirmed at a meeting of the said council held on 1 April 1977.

The Common Seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mackenzie was hereunto affixed in the presence of:

FAIRLIE COMMUNITY
