Commissioner of Supreme Court Appointed

PURSUANT to section 47 of the Judicature Act 1908, the Honourable Sir Clifford Perry, Acting Chief Justice of New Zealand, has this day appointed Peter M'Callum Dowding, of Westminster House, First Floor, 10-14 Pier Street, Perth, Western Australia, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia, to be a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in Western Australia, for the purpose of administering oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.
