ADVERTISEMENT OF PETITION

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 11th day of November 1976 presented to the said Court by THAMES VALLEY MILK PRODUCERS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Te Aroha; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 10th day of February 1977 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 16th day of December 1976 presented to the said Court by DESMOND UNWIN LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Timaru; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Timaru on the 28th day of February 1977 at 2.15 in the afternoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Napier City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, and pursuant to the powers contained in subsection 1 of section 47 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto (hereinafter called “the said land”) for the purpose that it is necessary and expedient to do so for the proper development or use of the said land and that the said land is occupied by or appurtenant to decadent buildings and for the provision or preservation of amenities. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Napier City Council, situate in Hastings Street, Napier, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, care of Tribunals Division, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land situate at and known as No. 46 and 48 Carlyle Street in the City of Napier containing 1 rood and 3.31 perches, more or less, being part Lots 4 and 5, Deeds Plan 783, and part Lot 1 on Deeds Plan 916, being part Town Section 187, Napier, and being all of the land contained in interim certificate of title, Volume D1, folio 100 (Hawke’s Bay Registry).

THE adjusted weighted average sale price for the auction sale of wool held on 21 January 1977 at Wanganui was 224.53 cents per kilogram. The specified percentage for the sale and nationally for private buying of wool is, therefore, 6.58 percent. This specified percentage applies from midnight on 20 January 1977 until midnight on 25 January 1977.

THE adjusted weighted average sale price for the auction sale of wool held on 17 and 19 January 1977 at Christchurch was 227.66 cents per kilogram. The specified percentage for the sale and nationally for private buying of wool is, therefore, 7.17 percent. This specified percentage applies from midnight on 16 January 1977 until midnight on 20 January 1977.
