Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of TNT Blasting Services Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 7th day of February 1977 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FOR VOLUNTARY WINDING UP

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, in the matter of AUCKLAND CREDITMEN’S CLUB (INCORPORATED):

Notice is hereby given that at the special general meeting of the above-named society, on the 6th day of November 1973, the following extraordinary resolutions were passed by the club.

(a) That the society be wound up voluntarily, and that any surplus of the club’s assets be disposed of by payment or transfer of the same to the funds of the John Raine Memorial Trust, a trust conducted under the aegis of the New Zealand Institute of Management.

(b) That F. K. Slattery, of the New Zealand National Creditmen’s Association (Auckland) Ltd., be appointed liquidator and be authorised to take such steps as to wind up the society.
