CORRIGENDUM
The Traffic (Porirua City) Notice No. 1, 1976
IN the notice dated the 30th day of November 1976, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 124, 9 December 1976, p. 2775, Second Schedule, paragraph 2, line 2, for “Avenue to a point 120 metres” read “City to a point 300 metres” which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice as signed by the Minister of Transport.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Local Work to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Revoking in Part a Proclamation Taking Land, Subject to a Mining Easement, for the Generation of Electricity in the Borough of Huntly

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 9th day of November 1973 and published in Gazette, 15 November 1973, Volume III, page 2347, taking land, subject to the mining easement created by transfer 247454, South Auckland Land Registry, for the generation of electricity in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1563 square metres, situated in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, Borough of Huntly, being part Lot 4, D.P. 21337; as shown marked “B” on plan S.O. 47843, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, at Hamilton.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 14th day of December 1976.
