Licensing the North Shore Drainage Board to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea in the Hauraki Gulf from Campbell's Bay to Mairangi Bay as a Site for a Trunk Sewer

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the North Shore Drainage Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea in the Hauraki Gulf, from Campbell’s Bay to Mairangi Bay, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11256, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a trunk sewer as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of August 1976.

(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten cents (10c) payable on demand, provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing the Manukau City Council to Occupy a Site for a Rising Main Sewer Pipeline in Otara Creek

———

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Manukau City Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Otara Creek, as shown on plan marked M.D. 15396, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a rising main-sewer pipeline as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

The licence of 29 January 1975*, authorising Broadlands Properties Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Otara Creek, Tamaki, is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) This licence shall remain in force until the 31st day of December 1988.

(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten cents (10c) payable on demand; provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Consent to the Assignment of the Licence Authorising West Timber Company Limited to Occupy a Site for Piles in Kaipara River at Helensville

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby consent to the assignment of the licence of 20 May 1971* authorising West Timber Company Limited to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Kaipara River at Helensville as a site for piles to West Kaipara Supplies Limited.

Licensing the Stewart Island Fishermen’s Co-op Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Jetty and Fish-Cleaning Shed at Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Stewart Island Fishermen’s Co-operative Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea in Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11446, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Christchurch, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty and fish cleaning shed as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be one year from the 1st day of February 1977.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be fifteen dollars ($15) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be one hundred and fifty dollars ($150); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Revoking the Licence Authorising Albert Foster Hall to Occupy a Site for a Mooring at Waihau Bay

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the licence of 24 March 1975*, authorising Albert Foster Hall to occupy a site for a mooring at Waihau Bay, is hereby revoked.
