IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER OF RYDER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of Messrs Morel, Chapman & Fippard, Suncourt, Tamamutu Street, Taupo, builders.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 26th day of April 1977 presented to the said Court by FLETCHER MERCHANTS, a division of the FLETCHER TIMBER COMPANY LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Rotorua on the 17th day of June 1977 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

This notice was filed by Richard Westwood Worth, solicitor for the petitioner, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Davys, Burton, Henderson & Moore, Fenton Street, Rotorua.
NOTE: Any person who intends to appear on the hearing of the said petition must serve on or send by post, to the abovenamed, notice in writing of his intention to do so. The notice must state the name, address, and description of the person or, if a firm, the name, address, and description of the firm and an address for service within 3 miles of the office of the Supreme Court at Rotorua, and must be signed by the person or firm or his or their solicitor (if any) and must be served or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner's address for service not later than 4 o'clock in the afternoon of the 16th day of June 1977.

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 34 (3)
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke's Bay Permanent Building Society, whose registered office is at Tennyson Street, Napier, desires to transfer its engagements to the Mutual Building and Investment Society of Hawke's Bay (Permanent) (proposed to be renamed the Hawke's Bay Mutual Permanent Building Society) and that the society first-named in this paragraph has applied to the Registrar of Building Societies to confirm the transfer notwithstanding that the consent in writing of the holders of two-thirds of the whole number of shares in the said society has not been obtained in manner required by the Building Societies Act 1965.
Notice is hereby further given that the Mutual Building and Investment Society of Hawke's Bay (Permanent) (proposed to be renamed The Hawke's Bay Mutual Permanent Building Society), whose registered office is at No. 114 Queen Street East, Hastings, desires to accept a transfer of the engagements of the Hawke's Bay Permanent Building Society and that the society first-named in this paragraph has applied to the Registrar of Building Societies to confirm the transfer notwithstanding that the consent in writing of the holders of two-thirds of the whole number of shares in the said society has not been obtained in manner required by the Building Societies Act 1965.
Each of the above-mentioned applications will be heard on the 30th day of June 1977.
Any person wishing to be heard on either of the said applications should apply by letter to the Registrar of Building Societies, Government Life Insurance Buildings, P.O. Box 1062, Wellington, at least 7 days before the date of the hearing.
PETROLEUM PIPELINE REGULATIONS 1964
NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the undersigned has applied to the Minister of Mines for a pipeline-authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline from the existing Kapuni-Wellington pipeline to a proposed new metering station adjacent to the Kaitoke prison.
Dated at New Plymouth this 27th day of May 1977.
