of DAYON HOLDINGS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at 134 Symonds Street, Auckland,
and carrying on business there as a developer and shop
proprietor:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the
23rd day of May 1977 presented to the said Court by CORNISH
INVESTMENTS LIMITED, of Wellington, investment company,
for and on behalf of the MURRAY BELL GROUP OF COMPANIES
(incorporating H. C. MURRAY & SONS LIMITED and ROBERT
A. BELL LIMITED) of Second Floor, Bristol House, 10-12
Albert Street, Auckland, textile agent; and the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court at Auckland on
the 29th day of June 1977 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and
any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition
may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his
counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be
furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory
of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the
regulated charge for same.

the above-named company subject to the supervision of the
Supreme Court was on the 10th day of May 1977 presented
to the said Court by the PIASO COUNTY COUNCIL; and that
