Maori Land Development Notice
PURSUANT to section 322 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice, Rotorua, 1977, No. 5.
- The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
- The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

PURSUANT to section 322 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Licensing Ronald George Lee to use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore of the Motunau River as a Site for a Slipway and Shed
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Ronald George Lee (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Motunau River, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11405, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Christchurch, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway and shed as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of December 1976.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be fifteen dollars ($15) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be forty dollars ($40); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing the Lake County Council to Occupy a Site for a Jetty and Boat Launching Ramp in Sunshine Bay, Lake Wakatipu
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Lake County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Sunshine Bay, Lake Wakatipu, as shown on plans marked M.D. 13215 and 15528, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Christchurch for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty and boat launching ramp, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
The licence* of 9 June 1975 authorising Sunshine Bay Development Ltd., to occupy a site for a jetty and boat launching ramp in Sunshine Bay, Lake Wakatipu, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 5 years from the 1st day of December 1976.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten cents (10 cents) payable on demand provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.
