Approval of Revolving Amber Light
on Specific Vehicle
PURSUANT to regulation 67 (8) of the Traffic Regulations
1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves the use
of one revolving amber light by the District Nurse at
Harihari subject to the following conditions:
-
The light shall be portable, and shall only be placed
and operated on the roof of the District Nurse’s vehicle
when it is stationary, while she is attending to the needs of
those involved in traffic accidents. -
Reflectorised “Accident” signs shall be erected as soon
as reasonably possible after the occurrence of the accident.

Cancelling the Reservation of Maori Freehold Land
NOTICE is hereby given, that pursuant to section 439 (5) (b)
of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the reservation of Maori
freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, constituted
by notice dated 21 March 1977, published in New Zealand
Gazette, No. 36, 31 March 1977, page 963, is hereby cancelled.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a
cemetery for the common use and benefit of the persons in
whom the land known as Kopani Block was vested by an
Order of Exchange, made at Rotorua on the 9th day of
April 1924, by the Commissioners appointed under the Urewera
Lands Act 1921-1922, the descendants of those persons in
whom such land was so vested and the people of New Zealand
generally.
