Cancellation of the Vesting in the Strathallan County Council
and Revocation of the Reservation over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Strathallan, and
revokes the reservation over the lands, described in the
Schedule hereto, as reserves for the purposes specified at the
end of the respective descriptions of the said lands.

This notice is issued in substitution for the notice, dated
14 August 1975, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No.
70, 28 August 1975, page 1906, and that notice is hereby
cancelled.
