Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Rangi Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Rangi Scenic Reserve.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Rotorua County Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rotorua, in trust, for that purpose.

Resumption of Unformed Road in Block IX, Russell Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Bay of Islands County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act.

Declaration that Land shall vest in the Queenstown Borough Council and Approval of Application of Proceeds of Sale or Lease of the said Land

PURSUANT to the Queenstown Reserves Vesting and Empowering Act 1971, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, shall vest as an estate in fee simple in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Queenstown, and further declares that all money received by the council on the sale or lease of the said land shall, in accordance with the said Act, be paid by the council into a separate account, known as the Queenstown reserves sales account, and such monies shall be applied solely in contributing towards the cost of the Queenstown Borough Council sewerage scheme.

Appointment of the Lake Taupo Reserves Board to Control and Manage a Reserve
