Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of a partition of titles it is considered necessary to replace the notice aforesaid.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice, Rotorua 1976, No. 16.
