PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed vest in Sidney Reginald Phillips, of Tapawera, farmer, subject to the building line restriction imposed by K2753, Nelson Land Registry; and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed vest in Benacre (Nelson) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Nelson; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed vest in Allan James Biggs, of Tapawera, farmer, subject to the building line restriction imposed by Order in Council 1235, Nelson Land Registry.
