Cancellation of a Licence to Erect and Use Electric Lines

Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby cancels a licence dated the 26th day of May 1965, authorising James Trevor Wood, farmer, of Hicks Bay, to erect and use certain electric lines (New Zealand Gazette, No. 31, 3 June 1965, page 904).

Christchurch City Council Electric Lines Licence 1959, Amendment No. 9

Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Christchurch City Council Electric Lines Licence 1959*, as amended by the amendments specified in the Schedule hereto, by adding to the First Schedule thereto the following:

"13. A line proceeding from the New Zealand Electricity Department's Addington substation in Princess Street, and proceeding through the following roads, Princess Street, Dalgety Street, Blenheim Road, Division Street, Riccarton Road, Rimu Street, to the Christchurch City Council's area of supply boundary, north of the intersection of Rimu and Rata Streets, all being in the Riccarton Borough Council's licensed area of supply, the said line is more particularly shown as a blue line on plan marked N.Z.E.D. 936, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

  1. A line commencing from the New Zealand Electricity Department's Addington substation in Princess Street and proceeding along the N.Z.E.D. driveway to and along Clarence Street to the Christchurch City Council's boundary at the intersection of Clarence Street and Lincoln Road, all being in the Riccarton Borough Council's licensed area of supply, the said line is more particularly shown as a blue line on plan marked N.Z.E.D. 937 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington."
