NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the fee simple estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto for a certain public work, namely, a pleasure ground. The general purpose for which the land is to be used is a pleasure ground. A plan showing the land required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Auckland City Council on the eighth floor of the Administration Building, Civic Centre, Auckland, and is there open for inspection.
